IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT FOR CHILDREN?
Yes, our equipment is structured for children 5years of age and UNDER.
PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required during the time of booking to hold date. The remaining balance must be paid 5days prior to the event or booking will be canceled. (Cancellation fee applied)
CANOPY'S
We currently house 10x10 and 10x30 canopy's.
*IMPORTANT: As weather climates have begun to rise in temperature, any event held in 75' degree temp or higher Is advised to book indoors, select a shaded area, or rent a canopy to cover children from sun while playing.
AS PRECAUTIONS - equipment adjusts to nature and can get hot.
10x10 - suits package 1 and package 2
10x30 - suits package 3 or event guest section. This canopy also has walls that can be added. (per request) $10 per wall.
SET-UP/CLEAN-UP
On behalf of your event time, we will arrive 30min-2hours before the event to set up equipment. We will then arrive at your desired pick up time and need at least 30min to pick up all equipment.
There will be an additional fee of $75 for events held on any floor above ground level. (I.E 2nd floor and up)
HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED?
All packages have flexible dimensions. Our mats are standard 4ft by 8ft each. Please be sure the package of your choice is equipt for your space.
DAMAGES
Upon pick-up arrival, all items should be accounted for, missing or damaged items will be charged to the card on file. (charges may vary as all products are different)
RULES
ALL GUEST WHO ENTER ENTER SOFT PLAY AREA:
- NO SHOES OF ANY SORT
- NO FOOD or DRINKS
- NO SHARP OBJECTS (including jewelery)
- NO PETS
- NO PUSHING, SHOVING, or ROUGH PLAY
CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES!
LIABILITY
Tay and Tots is not responsible for any injuries in the case that (slips, and/or falls) may occur during the event. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIME. It is the job of the renter to enforce the safety regulations. In addition, a party instructor can be added to any package upon request.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or reschedule: a sufficient notice must be given at least 5days prior to the event date to receive any refund. Cancellations within the 5 days prior to the event will result in a 25% cancellation fee, also at this time, the renter forfeits all first-time offers.
Within 24hrs of event: (Cancellation within 24 hours of event forfeits any and all refunds) Any rescheduled event is subject to the availability of bookings at the time of notification of postponement.
Weather: If the weather forecast is questionable for the time/day of your event we will ask that you secure another location. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to cancel any rental due to rain, high winds (15 mph or higher), or other weather-related issues”. Please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to relocate for us to accommodate specific needs as followed.
